Summary:
Jenna, a 20 year old, presented in my office with short and discolored teeth. She also displayed, in between her upper 6 teeth, previously placed “bonded” fillings to close existing gaps, but these fillings were wearing and stained.

Evaluation:
Since Jenna was very young, the most conservative, natural and less expensive treatment with predictable results needed to be considered.

What we did:
After discussing the treatment options and determining Jenna’s desired look, through the creation of a computer simulation, a treatment plan was devised. The first phase of her treatment was to bleach her natural teeth and then this would be followed by veneering her upper 6 front teeth with a bonded resin coating in order to lengthen her teeth, close the spaces that existed and at the same time build in the color properties she had wanted.

Result:
This is a case where minimal treatment to a patient’s teeth was able to achieve extremely natural and attractive smile. Jenna is very happy with her smile.
